Jessica Spinelli, a Rockport resident with deep roots in Gloucester, brings her extensive banking experience and passion for the arts to her role as an advisor for Cape Ann Plein Air.

With over 20 years in the banking profession, currently serving as a branch manager at M&T Bank, Jessica is deeply involved in the Greater Cape Ann community. While not an artist herself, she possesses a genuine love for art and delights in hearing the stories and witnessing the talents of the artists she encounters.

Jessica is particularly excited to contribute to the CAPA book and believes events like Cape Ann Plein Air are vital for sustaining the artist community. She finds the quick draw event especially captivating and enjoys the scenic beauty of Crane Estate and the Cape Ann beaches.
