Raised in New York City, Judy later settled in Manchester, where she now lives in her great-grandparents’ home, built in 1900. Her family roots in the area span generations, making her connection to the community especially meaningful.

Judy recently retired from a successful career in the apparel and footwear industry, where she focused on operations, sales management, and event planning. Her professional background, combined with her love of art, naturally led her to Cape Ann Plein Air after years of volunteering at the organization’s gala.

While not an artist herself, Judy has spent her career in creative fields and has a keen eye for color and design. She is passionate about supporting artists and finds joy in watching their work come to life during the event. She especially values the way Cape Ann Plein Air connects artists with the public, continuing the region’s rich artistic legacy.
