Marcia Hubbard is the bookkeeper for Cape Ann Plein Air and a longtime resident of Gloucester. With a background as the Director of Finance for a large local non-profit, Marcia is passionate about working with small non-profits, helping them thrive and grow. She was born and raised in Gloucester, in a family that deeply valued art and music, and returned to Cape Ann to raise her children near her family. While she doesn’t work directly with the artists, Marcia deeply appreciates Cape Ann Plein Air’s mission and its strong connections to local schools and art organizations. She believes that events like CAPA help foster creativity in the community, support the local economy, and strengthen the ties between art and residents. Marcia’s love for the beauty of Cape Ann is reflected in her appreciation for local art, particularly the stunning waterfront, Essex marshes, and beautiful beaches.
