Ron Seger, a resident of Wenham, joins the Cape Ann Plein Air board bringing a wealth of experience from a distinguished career in the video game industry.

A retired senior executive, Ron has held leadership positions at prominent companies including Microsoft, Bethesda Softworks, and Electronic Arts. While not an artist himself, Ron admires the passion and talent of artists, having worked closely with art directors throughout his career and witnessing the same enthusiasm in the Cape Ann Plein Air artists. Ron and his wife Jody have called Cape Ann home for 25 years, raising their three sons in the community they deeply cherish. He believes Cape Ann Plein Air plays a vital role in promoting the region's beauty and attracting visitors, highlighting the area's charm through the eyes of talented artists. Ron particularly values the camaraderie among the artists and the joy the event brings to patrons, with Singing Beach in Manchester holding a special place in his heart, where he and his wife even purchased a painting directly from an artist.
